DeepClad™

Clarity over certainty

A score is a starting point. Not a promise.

DeepClad helps you think about career resilience without pretending the future can be guaranteed.

The CladScore™ framework

Ironclad90–100

Ironclad: high resilience. Roles supported by physical dexterity, emotional intelligence, complex human navigation or accountability.

Cushioned60–89

Cushioned: adaptable roles. AI may change the work, while human judgment and effective use of tools remain valuable.

Exposed0–59

Exposed: greater automation pressure. Explore task changes and adjacent careers rather than treating the score as a verdict.

What this preview actually measures

The current CladScore uses the security index in your supplied BuckSure catalogue, bounded to 0–100. It is not a validated predictive model or a probability of job loss. AI exposure labels follow the score tiers. Stable horizon is shown at scores of 80 and above; lower scores display Volatile front. Economic demand and growth come from separate catalogue fields.

How pivot pathways are selected

Suggestions prioritize exact shared skill names, then sector similarity, then resilience scores. Suggested roles meet or exceed the starting score, with a minimum of 60. Training details are catalogue estimates, not enrollment offers. Broader alternatives are explicitly identified when no skills match.

Data boundaries

This is an illustrative career explorer using the original uploaded dataset. Salaries are USD estimates; geography, source dates and growth projection periods are not independently verified. Continuous market analysis, live job feeds, personalized AI guidance and saved accounts are not connected in this version. No career is immune to technological or economic change.
